HELICOPTER SHOOTING EXCURSION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) by the undersigned (“Participant”), in favor of Simon Protection Group and Driven Transportation Group (“Company”), its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK: The Participant acknowledges and understands that participating in the Helicopter Shooting Excursion (“Excursion”) involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, accidents, injury, or death arising from or during the flight, use of firearms, or other activities involved in the Excursion. The Participant voluntarily and knowingly accepts all risks associated with participating in the Excursion.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Participant hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Company, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands, including those for personal injury, death, or property damage, arising directly or indirectly from the Participant’s participation in the Excursion, whether caused by negligence, accident, or any other reason.

3. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: The Participant affirms that participation in the Excursion is voluntary and that they have not been coerced or induced by the Company or any of its affiliates. The Participant confirms that they are in good health and have no medical or physical condition that would impair their ability to safely engage in the activities associated with the Excursion.

4. MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION: In the event of an emergency during the Excursion, the Participant consents to the administration of necessary medical treatment or evacuation procedures as determined by qualified medical professionals. The Participant agrees to bear all costs associated with such medical treatment or evacuation.

5. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. No modifications or amendments to this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

PARTICIPANT’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE: By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver and Release of Liability.
